Our training methods and medias Many training providers use training equipment to deliver technical training to customers and this is a crucial aspect of the training but there is a common flaw in many of these equipment. They are composed of parts for example cylinders and valves from only one brand. In an assembly or a manufacturing line, there is a diverse composition of components produced by various technology producers. Being trained on a equipment that comprises of only a single brand component, reduces the ability of a participant to recognize other brand components in his immediate work area. Even though the training is generic, it is not practical as participants will be trained to recognize only one brand. To overcome this shortfall, Skills Gauge provides state of the art equipment that is composed of components from various Automation producers such as Festo, SMC, Norgren, CKD, Airtac and etc. Our printed materials that will be used in the training have been carefully prepared for the Malaysian market. No training can be well given to any participant if the language of presentation or the language of printed materials are not understood. Skills Gauge provides a complete and concise all in 1 workbook in English as well as Bahasa Malaysia that will cover 10% theory and 90% hands on practical and even the multi media languages are diverse.
